For the perfect cup measure 1 tbs of loose leaf tea. Pour 6-8 oz of freshly boiled water over the tea leaves and infuse for 4-5 minutes. Serve pure or with milk.

Really, it's a trusted brand, Taylors of Harrowgate so there's nothing better for your tea needs. This Darjeeling in particular comes in both bags and leaves so when we travel the bags are perfect to brew. Keep the leaves for at home use. Both brew a delicious cup.

Buy a good Darjeeling from a tea only site

It's simply doesn't compare to the good ones that I have had. Admittedly the good ones tend to cost more and are usually not sold on Amazon. It might still be about $0.45 a cup for a good one and less than a dollar for a superb one if bought from a good tea seller.I admit that I will drink Taylor's Assam tea bag tea with cream or milk but I don't consider it to be anything like a fine darjeeling that is taken black.
