Return & Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or order errors. 

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. 

To report an issue, please email orders@brandsofbritain.com and include: 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable) 

Our team will review your request and respond with the appropriate resolution. 

Refunds & Replacements 

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion: 

  • Issue a full refund
  • Issue a partial refund where appropriate
  • Send a replacement item 

In most cases, you will not be required to return the product unless specifically requested. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For food safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for: 

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Products ordered in error
  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless the product is damaged or defective) 

Shipping Issues 

While we cannot control carrier delays or delivery service interruptions, we want our customers to receive their orders in good condition. 

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Additional Terms 

We reserve the right to request additional information when reviewing a claim. 

Claims that are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy may be denied.
