Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us upon receiving your order. To initiate a return and request a refund, please email us at orders@brandsofbritain.com or call us at 1-800-646-6973. Our team will guide you through the return process and assist you with the next steps. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reasons due to the nature of our food products.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at orders@brandsofbritain.com to alert us of the issue, then return the item to us. Upon receipt we will refund the full purchase price of your item or ship out a replacement.
