Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or order errors.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please email orders@brandsofbritain.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
    Our team will review your request and provide instructions for resolution.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement item
  • In most cases, you will not be required to return the product unless specifically requested

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Products ordered in error
  • Opened or partially consumed items (unless defective)

SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. However, if your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the above criteria.
