Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Shipping and Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us upon receiving your order. To initiate a return and request a refund, please email us at orders@brandsofbritain.com or call us at 1-800-646-6973. Our team will guide you through the return process and assist you with the next steps. Please note that we cannot accept returns for any other reasons due to the nature of our food products.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at orders@brandsofbritain.comto alert us of the issue, then return the item to us. Upon receipt we will refund the full purchase price of your item or ship out a replacement.

In addition to shipping time, please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your order and 7-10 business days for overall delivery time when shipping UPS Standard Ground. *We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more. Standard FedEx rates apply to all other orders.

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.

For tracking purposes, we ship orders via FedEx only. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time due to FedEx limitations. =FedEx requires a street address for all deliveries.

You only have to pay sales tax on items taxable in California, Florida and Illinois.
