For the perfect cup measure 1 tbs of loose leaf tea. Pour 6-8 oz of freshly boiled water over the tea leaves and infuse for 4-5 minutes. Serve pure or with milk.

A bit of a disappointment

I enjoy a cuppa or two on a daily basis. Tea, not those weird herbal things that contain no tea leaves. I’ve had other teas by this brand, and do enjoy a hearty Assam. This however disappoints. It simply doesn’t have a robust flavor, even when I use more leaves. I’ll finish the box, but I won’t be ordering more.

It’s been hard to find a good loose leaf Assam without having the luxury to taste it ahead of time. I bought this one on a whim and I’m so pleased with the depth of flavor!

Pretty good tea

I found you need to use twice the tea to get a good strong cup. increased steeping was also important.
