Easy Greek Yogurt Popsicles using Tiptree Strawberry & Champagne

A classic and favorite in the Tiptree range, with the addition of Champagne to add a bit of 'fizz and sparkle' to your toast. Tiptree's strawberry preserve is made with around 56g fruit per 100g, way above the minimum requirement to call it "extra jam". And because Tiptree grows their own Strawberries, which include top quality traditional varieties like Cambridge Favorites, the jam has the most wonderful flavor. 
 

How to make the Greek Yogurt Popsicles 

Ingredients you’ll need: 

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt 

Instructions: 

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and most of the Tiptree Strawberry & Champagne. After mixed together, take remaining preserve and swirl throughout—do not completely mix in. 
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, leaving ½ inch space at the top for expansion 
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. Run warm water over popsicle molds to help release popsicles. 
  4. To store extra popsicles, wrap in wax paper and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
