Ingredients
For the Crust

1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

¼ cup powdered sugar

1–2 tablespoons cold water

For the Filling

1 ½ cups Tiptree Lime Curd

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 large egg
-
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest
For the Green Whipped Cream

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1–2 drops green food coloring
Simple Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until dough comes together.

Press into a 9-inch tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.

Bake 15–18 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
2. Make the Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add Tiptree Lime Curd, egg, lime juice, and zest. Mix until fully combined.

3. Prepare the Whipped Cream

Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
