Roasted Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Tiptree Ginger

How to make the Roasted Chicken Breasts 

Ingredients you’ll need: 

  • 4 large bone-in chicken breasts 
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary 
  • Salt and black pepper to taste 

 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. 
  2. Rinse and dry the chicken pieces and place them in a baking pan. 
  3. In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Tiptree Ginger Preserves, and rosemary. Spoon over the chicken. Flip to make sure both sides are coated. 
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste 
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the head to 350°F and continue to make for about 30 minutes, or until it is baked through.
