Roasted Chicken Breast with Rosemary and Tiptree Ginger

How to make the Roasted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients you’ll need:
- 4 large bone-in chicken breasts
- ½ cup Tiptree Ginger Preserves
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Rinse and dry the chicken pieces and place them in a baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, Tiptree Ginger Preserves, and rosemary. Spoon over the chicken. Flip to make sure both sides are coated.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
- Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the head to 350°F and continue to make for about 30 minutes, or until it is baked through.
