Tiptree Green Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread

A delicious balance of sweet and savory, this flatbread pairs Tiptree Green Fig Preserve with salty prosciutto, melty mozzarella, and fresh arugula for a simple yet gourmet appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 store-bought flatbread or pizza dough

  • ½ cup Tiptree Green Fig Preserve

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3-4 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces

  • 1 fresh fig, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup arugula

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and place the flatbread on a baking sheet.

  2. Spread a layer of Tiptree Green Fig Preserve over the flatbread.

  3. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly across the surface.

  4. Top with prosciutto and fig slices.
