A delicious balance of sweet and savory, this flatbread pairs Tiptree Green Fig Preserve with salty prosciutto, melty mozzarella, and fresh arugula for a simple yet gourmet appetizer or light meal.
Ingredients:

1 store-bought flatbread or pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3-4 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
