Savory Ham & Cheese Croissant with Tiptree Apricot Preserve Glaze
How To Make Ham & Cheese Croissants With Tiptree Apricot Preserves
Ingredients:
- 2 large croissants, sliced open
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss or Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp Tiptree Apricot Preserve
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh arugula or spinach (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard inside each croissant.
- Layer the ham and cheese inside the croissants, then close them up.
- In a small bowl, mix Tiptree Apricot Preserve with a bit of water to make a glaze.
- Brush the apricot glaze over the top of each croissant.
- Place the croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, add arugula or spinach if desired, and serve warm.
