Tiptree Strawberry Jam & Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast with Berries
A delightful twist on classic French toast, featuring Tiptree Strawberry Preserve, cream cheese, and fresh berries stuffed between golden-brown brioche. This sweet and indulgent breakfast is perfect for a cozy morning!
Ingredients:
- 4 slices thick-cut brioche or challah bread
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
- 4 tbsp Tiptree Strawberry Preserve
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
- Powdered sugar (for garnish)
- Additional fresh berries (for serving)
Instructions:
- Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with 2 tbsp of Tiptree Strawberry Preserve until smooth. Gently fold in fresh berries, saving a few for garnish.
