Chia Pudding with Tiptree Wild Blueberry Layers
Creamy, naturally sweet chia pudding layered with luscious Tiptree Wild Blueberry Preserve, a delicious treat that looks as good as it tastes.
Ingredients:
For the Chia Pudding:
1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or coconut)
¼ cup chia seeds
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the Blueberry Layer:
½ cup Tiptree Wild Blueberry Preserve
Toppings (optional):
Fresh blueberries
Granola
Coconut flakes or nuts
Instructions:
1. Make the Chia Pudding:
In a bowl or jar, whisk together the milk, chia seeds, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Let sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
2. Layer the Pudding:
Once set, spoon a layer of Tiptree Wild Blueberry Preserve into the bottom of a glass or jar. Add a layer of chia pudding. Repeat if desired for a parfait-style effect.
3. Top and Serve:
Finish with fresh blueberries, granola, or coconut flakes for texture. Enjoy chilled!
