Tiptree Green Gooseberry Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sweet meets tart in these chewy oatmeal cookies swirled with Tiptree Green Gooseberry Preserve and loaded with melty chocolate chips.
Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
