Marmalade Glazed Salmon using Tiptree Double One Marmalade

Tiptree Double One is a specialty orange marmalade produced from the juice of fresh Seville oranges with added tangerines, containing thin chips of peel. Tiptree imports whole oranges from Seville at their peak ripeness and ascertains whether the fruit should be peeled or left whole at the home factory in Essex. 
 

How to make the Marmalade Glazed Salmon 

Ingredients you’ll need: 

  • 4 salmon fillets (6-8 oz each) 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • Freshly ground black pepper 

Instructions: 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. 
  2. Arrange salmon fillets in a single layer on the baking sheet. 
  3. Combine Tiptree Double One Marmalade, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and mix well. Brush the glaze evenly on top of the salmon. Season with freshly ground pepper and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes. 
  4. Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes or until salmon flakes gently when pressed with a fork.
