Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or lamb
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
