Tiptree Red Currant Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or lamb
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Tiptree Red Currant Jelly
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme until combined. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
